Kohinoor Basmati Rice Gold Extra Long

Kohinoor gold range basmati rice is 1121 rice variety and is 8.2 mm long which is considered as longest basmati rice on earth. It is grown in the mountainous valley of the Great Himalaya with snow-fed water. Gold range basmati is 1 to 2 years aged to perfection by a proprietary unique process by Kohinoor which adds more aroma and makes it extra long. It is also known as basmati in Sanskrit.

Cooking Tips:

Prior to cooking Soak rice for 30 minutes and add 1.5 cups of water for every one cup of rice for white long unbroken rice.
Open pot: Rice should be added to boiling water and cooked for 10 minutes in medium heat. Finally, strain and wash in hot water.
