This puri kit is available with three different chutneys. Sev Batata Puri Kit includes puri (chips), sev (noodles), potato mix, sweet chutney, green chutney, garlic chutney.

Ingredients:
Puris: Wheat flour (66%), Refined palm oil, Salt.
Sev: Gram flour (68%), Refined palm oil, Salt, Turmeric.
Potato Mix: Boiled & dried potato flakes (91%), Red chili powder, Turmeric powder, Black salt, Spices, Salt.
Khatti Meethi Chutney (Sweet Chutney): Water, Dates (25%), Sugar (19%), Jaggery (Unrefined cane sugar) (6%), Corn starch, Tamarind, Edible gum, Salt, Dry mango powder, Cumin powder, Red chilli powder, Dry ginger powder, vinegar (water, Acetic aicd, Sugar, Sodium benzoate (Preservative).
Tikhi Chutney (Green Chutney): Fresh coriander (28%), Water, Green chilli (16%), Spinach (13%), Mint leaves (7%), Corn starch (5%), Ginger, Edible gum, Cumin powder, Salt, Citirc acid, Vingar (Water, Acetic acid, Sugar), Sodium benzoate (Preservative).
Lahsun Chutney (Garlic chutney): Water, Garlic (14%), Sugar (8%), Salt, Citric acid, Red chilli powder, corn starch, Vingar (Water, Acetic acid, Sugar), Sodium benzoate (Preservative).

Preparation of Mashed Potato Mix: This pack consist of special boiled potato flakes for the same authentic taste. Pour the mixture in a bowl. Add 3/4 cup of warm water and mix well. A perfect mashed boiled potato mix is ready for you.
Sev Batata Puri: Spread out the puris and top them with mashed potato mix. Add little portion of chopped onions (to prepare juicy sev batata puri you may add water to all chutnies as per your liking) and pour all 3 types of chutneys as per your taste. Sprinkle sev and finely chopped coriander leaves. Pour a few drops of lime juice if you want to make it more sour. Instantly serve to get the right taste and crispiness.
